Ms. Thompson, City Attorney, reiterated that this Condition does <br /> require the developer to get the permits directly and then the developer may move <br /> forward. <br /> A Council Member said she spoke at the Commonwealth Club on the issue of sea level <br /> rise. She said that BCDC used Redwood City as an example of a jurisdiction who is <br /> doing many good things and she thanked the developer for this. <br /> Mayor Gee said that this started a long time ago with Measure Q and he believes this <br /> process conforms to that and this project complies with the voice of the people. He said <br /> that Mr. Powers will need to get the permits with other agencies resolved and wished <br /> him well on getting them resolved in a timely way.
