7.1.E. - Page 7 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES and FEE <br /> 1.0 Introduction <br /> The original agreement's scope of services have 6 original tasks; and 1 later added task <br /> to assist the City with the FEMA Grant application submittal. <br /> This agreement amendment expands the original scope of services to require <br /> Consultant to design and provide engineering construction support for an additional <br /> project eligible for grant funding -- the Redwood Shores Pipeline Seismic Improvements <br /> (Expanded Original Task 1), and the Peninsula 2 Tank Modification (Expanded Original <br /> Task 4). Consultant is also tasked with additional as-needed technical assistance for <br /> grant management, and design and construction support services to refine the existing <br /> design packages (Expanded Original Tasks 1,2,3,6 and 7). <br /> Consultant shall perform the work necessary to produce contract documents for seismic <br /> upgrades of specific items listed below.
