PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Mayor Hartnett introduced mernbers of the Cub Scouts, Den 9, Pack 16, the second oldest Cub <br /> Scout Pack in San Mateo County with 55 years of service. The fifth graders from Mt. Carmel, <br /> Roosevelt and McKinley attended the meeting to learn about local govemment for their Citizen <br /> Achievement Award, a requirement to advance to the Boy Scouts next year. The Cub Scouts in <br /> attendance were: Jeffrey Jahns, Patrick Grantsaert, Brian Inouye, Chris McCarty, Ryan Sinfield and <br /> Tiger Cub Duncan Sinfield of Den 3.
