<br /> MAYOR HERKNER THANKED THE MEMBERS QF T HE COUNCIL for their consideration and cooperation
<br /> during this his first ofPicial meeting. The City Clerk was direet.ed to mail a list of
<br /> committees to each Councilman.
<br /> IN RESPONSE TO QUESTIOIV RAISED BY MRS. ESKIN, City Attorneg Currie advised that the Council
<br /> would hold but one public hearing in regard �o �he r�zoning of Woodacre Knolls, explain-
<br /> ing further that publication of noticea of adoption of ordinance resulted in additional
<br /> publie hearing if riecessary. It was determined that even though notices of property
<br /> �•� owners were not required legally, City Clerk should be directed to notify property
<br /> �:�
<br /> ownera by post card.
<br /> MR. EDWARI� GILLMORE, residing at 1 Inner Circle, addressed the Council regarding the sit-
<br /> uation at the �snd of Inner Circle vuhere house was under construction and only sixteen
<br /> foot frontage opening into the street. Assistant Building Inspector Kreiss advised
<br /> that the lot was subdivided in 1939 and building permit had been held up until the
<br /> �ecord had been cheeked. Inasmuch as this situation created a hazard where two drive-
<br /> ways enter the street at the same point, Councilman Britschgi moved that the Building
<br /> Inspector contact the builder and r equest that he hold off for one more week. to a].low
<br /> further cY�ecking, seconded by Couneilman Royer and earried.
<br /> COUNCILMAN STOUT moved adjournment, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried.
