<br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED REZONING OF Lots 1 to 1}, Renato Oaks from R-4 to C-1-H. Attorriey
<br /> Roy Alley presented arguments in favor of the rezoning while Attorney Wayne Millington
<br /> appeared for the opponents. Petitions for and against were presented, and proponents
<br /> presented a sketch of the proposed buildings which would be e�ected if and r�rhen re- """�
<br /> zoning is allowed. It developed that the operators of Redwood Rancho Motel, I�r. and �
<br /> Mrs. F. Lograsso desired to erect a building to house a restaurant and cocktail bar
<br /> on Lots 1 to � at the rear of the Motel. Attorney Millington presented an argument
<br /> the rezoning for the residents on Oadwood Boulevard whose properties backed up to the
<br /> �
<br /> proposed Commercial area. After considerable discussion as to parking spaces, traffic
<br /> w.:,�
<br /> hazards, and disturbances generally from bars ad�acent to residential area, it was
<br /> decided to hold the matter over for two weeks to allow Mr. J. Whalen, builder to pre-
<br /> pare a sketch showing an over-all dimensions of the proposed building, size of parking
<br /> lot, etc. Councilman Stout so moved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried.
<br /> PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, KENSINGTON SQUARE No. 5. Affidavit of publication and posting was
<br /> ordered filed. Mayor Herkner announced the hearing, and there being no protests,
