<br /> to City Manager Rolison. These gentelmen had advised that water was not available and
<br /> in line with Council policy had denied request. Mr. Gueffroy appealed to the Council for � �
<br /> consideration, however, �zpon advise of Water Superintendent Winter that water was scarce
<br /> in the area. Councilman Britschgi moved denial, seconded by Couneilman Jones and carried.
<br /> Mayor Herkner explained that the Council had turned down the request due to the fact that �.
<br /> water was inadequate and several recent requests had been turned down for the same reason.

<br /> Mr. Gueffroy was advised that later in the meeting matter of a survey of the entire area
<br /> was to be considered, and he was invited to stay and hear the results of the study.
