Mr. Gueffroy had applied to Water Superintendent Winter and <br /> ,�..,� <br /> to City Manager Rolison. These gentelmen had advised that water was not available and <br /> in line with Council policy had denied request. Mr. Gueffroy appealed to the Council for � � <br /> consideration, however, �zpon advise of Water Superintendent Winter that water was scarce <br /> in the area.
