Mr. Davies, when asked if he had anything more to offer, again stated that the <br /> .�.,� <br /> structural approach was a ne�v line, that he had acted upon the Buildin� Inspector� s list <br /> of things which needed fixin� such as illegal wiring, and that he was satisfied buildin� <br /> � <br /> could be made safe without any structural changes. Motion carried on roll call. Mr. <br /> Davies again offered letter received from Fiardware Mutuals Insurance Compang covering an <br /> inspection of the premises by Loss Prevention Engineer making certain recommendations. <br /> Letter reads as follows: <br /> "Mr. A. Renail and smooth portions of the front porch wood flooring. <br /> � <br /> 2. Replace worn out and �veak steps to side porch, or remove these <br /> � _ steps and continue porch railing. <br /> 3. Repair and/or faaten handrail and steps in rear of building <br /> as necessary. <br /> Indirect Liabilit�r Recommendations thru possibilitq of fire <br /> � 4.
