City Engineer Jain stated the specifications for this service road were identical to those covering the service road � required of the Land Development Company in Terrace Shoppin� Center. Mr. Kertz stated the '�� expense would be excessive, and requested that he be allowed to construct 2" paving over 6" crusher run instead of 3" over 8n as required by City Engineer. He also asked to be relieved of construction of curb and gutter on the Woods�.de Road side of service road. Mr. Kertz stated he would be away for thirty days, but he would authorize his Engineer, Robert Vfiilhelm to abide by Council decision. Study meeting within two weeks. The area includes approximately 2,600 acres. � Mr. Adamson proposes the following a.lternate studies: Alternate A. Rough es�timate of cost of construction of a sewer system to collect sepage of the area and deliver it to the existing relief sewer lines.
