Senior Civil Engineer Ivioen explained surveys were under way and that this area could be taken next. A new home is under construction at Opal and Hopkins Streets, and � the suggestion is that �Zr. Rolison and Mr. Moen discuss the matter with the owner in an � effort to delay the construction of sidewalk until a plan can be worked out, possibly - with Gas Tax funds to widen street at this point.
