Mayor Herkner announced the public hearing <br /> and ordered the affidavit of publication of notice filed. There being no protests, written <br /> � or oral, Councilman Spillers awved that he aring be closed, seconded by Councilman Britschgi <br /> � and carried. City Attorney advised that resolution adop�ing the Master Parking Plan as a <br /> part of the original Master Plan was ready for adoption. Councilman Britschgi �ras of the <br /> opinion that Coun.cil should study the program further before adopting it. Councilman Royer <br /> concurred in this and moved that matter be carried over to the August 9th meeting, seconded <br /> by Councilman Britschgi and carried. <br />
