A phone call from a representative of Parents Cooperation Nursery �chool indicated that they were willing to � furnish the necessary liability insurance holding the City harmless in the event the Easter � Bowl is used by them for a benefit performance. City Attorney Currie stated that the usual indemnity agreement would also be necessary. Councilman Royer moved approval, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. Councilman Spillers then moved that the matter be � referred to the Traffic Fact Finding Committee who will take fih.e matter up with the Din- ision of Highways. w�s,w COUNCILMAN JONES diacussed several articles which have been appearing in the Western Cities regarding the IMPROVEIV�NTS in various cities FROM THE INSTALLATION OF MODERN LIGHTING EQUIPMENT. Councilman Jones asked Police Chief Wood whether or not the improvement in the street lighting would have an effect on the control of traffic and was advised that modern lighting would very likely be helpful in traffic control. COUNCILMAN JONES moved that the LETTER FROM THE P.G.&E. , addressed to Councilman Granger, be inserted in the minutes. Motion seconded by Councilman Stout and carried.
