Foundation on north side of building resting on ground and deteriorated <br /> and infested with vermin. <br /> 3. Step of'f of small porch at rear of building resting on �round. <br /> 4, Stairs to second story not to Code - rise is more than allowable- <br /> no hand rail. <br /> 5.
