Building Inspector Kreiss was sworn in �"" <br /> for testimony in regard to abatement of this property. Mr. Rreiss stated that the build- ���' <br /> ing had been posted at 1681 Nain Street, and he testified as follows: <br /> 1. Foundation on main building - concrete piers. <br /> 2. Foundation on north side of building resting on ground and deteriorated <br /> and infested with vermin. <br /> 3. Step of'f of small porch at rear of building resting on �round. <br /> 4, Stairs to second story not to Code - rise is more than allowable- <br /> no hand rail. <br /> 5.
