City Engineer Jain stated that in order to make the plans and specifications tYj.ey would have to have the proper legal description, secure right of way, City Attorney would have to get appraisals, etc. He said there was no purpose in drawing one set of plans with- out the other and he would like to know if the plans were to include one lot or three. Ma.yor � Herkner stated .that he just wanted to get the pro�ect started to which Mr. Jain replied that nothing could be done before the Wednesday meeting. Councilman Granger was of the opinion � that any action taken now would not make enougp. difference and he thought that the matter ,,,� should be further studied �3ednesday evenin� at the study meeting and then have a full report made at the next Council meeting. Council- man Granger was assured tha� a portion was to be left untouched for the Police Department Building, Area #3. Councilman Spillers moved approval of the report, seconded by Council- man Jones and carried. RESOLUTION 17fi8 appropriating �500 from Capital Pro�ect Fund Account - Unalloted and Transfer to Street Maintenance for Seal Coating surrounding #1 Fire Station was offered by Councilman Granger who moved a,doption, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried on roll call. FINAL PAYMENT ASSOCIATED ENGINEERS, KAYNYNE PIPELINE, AMOUNTING TO �200.03 was approved for payment on motion of Councilma.n Spillers with the usual one year maintenance �uarantee, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS, OLD DWELLING 625 WALNUT STREET. The following report was submitted by � the Housing Survey Group: .r _� During a recent inspection by the Housing Survey Group, the following conditions were noted on above two story eight roam structure and utility buildings. 1. This building and utility sheds are located in First Fire Zone and cannot be made to comply with the Buil.ding Code.
