<br /> to complete the pro�ect. This, in our opinion, would be dan�erous in the
<br /> event of unexpected early storms, and might result in flooding of the down-
<br /> town area, as it would be practically impossible to remove accumulated debris
<br /> from the structure if the form work is not in place.

<br /> Clerk read the letter from the Div3.sion of Hi�hways in regard to consideration to construct
<br /> a channelization for left turn movements at the Dumbarton-Avenue-Oakwood-Drive intersection

<br /> on E1 Camino Real in Redwood Ci�y. Councilman Granger reported that he had been on the

<br /> Committee and he thou�ht that they had accomplis.hed something. H.e thought that no parking
<br /> on the one side of the street was a �ood thing. Councilman Granger moned that the parking
<br /> suggestion of the Division of H ighways be turned over to the Traffic Fact Finding Committee
<br /> for t heir recommendation, seconded by Councilma.n Stout, answe-r to be returned in one week.
<br /> Councilman. Britschgi wanted the property owners to be contacted in regard to this matter.

<br /> TRAFFIC FACT FINDING COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION R�GARDING EARKING IN VICINITY OF SEQUOIA �UNION
<br /> ,HIGH SCHOOL. A group of students accompanied by Mr. Ed Kaufman of Sequoia and were in-

<br /> terested in the outcome of t he discussion. Traffic Committee advised that property owners

<br /> were about enenly divided on the proposed two-hour parking. The school authorities are
<br /> - working on the problem and the Committee recommends that two-hour parking be deferred until
<br /> all other possibilities are exhausted. Councilma.n Royer moved approval of recommendation,
<br /> seconded by Councilman Spillers. -Mr. Earl Nelosn of 18fi Duane Street addressed the Council
<br /> regarding students parking in front of his property. He exhibited a sketch of parkin� on
<br /> School grounds on which he suggested certain changes. With his permission, this sketch
