Councilmaxi Granger advised that the Building <br /> Code Cor�nittee had agreed upon the inclusion of these amendments and he moved that the <br /> City Attorney prepare the necessary ordinance, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br /> RESOLUTI�N 1$02 AU�iORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEI4�NT RE: REDW04D �BOWL. Councilman <br /> � <br /> Spillers offered resolution and moved adoption seconded by Councilman Royer and carried <br /> � <br /> on roll call. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS: COUNCILMEN AND DEPARTMENT HEADS. <br /> COUNCILMAN JONES SUGGESTED THE POSSIBILITY OF INCLUDING ANNUAL CHEST X-RAY'S FOR RESTATTRANT <br /> EMPLOYEES in conjunction with the proposed food ordinance. He suggested thQt the City Manager study the pos- <br /> ibilit� and be prepared to bring in a report after the first of the year. City Manager <br /> "� Rolison stated he had prepared sueh a report sometime ago whic� was still in the files <br /> �+ and would be available when r�eeded. Fire Chief Lodi advised that the Friendly Acres �vould <br /> receive the improved fire insurance rates along with the balance of the City. <br /> COUNCILMAN GRANGER DISCUSSED THE PROPOSED CONCRETE BENCHES AND stated that one service cZub had <br /> �... evidenced some interest and would be willing to provide three benches. <br /> � CITY ATTORNEY REPORTED THE STATUS OF �IE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND.
