Mr. <br /> Jain further.recommenda that concrete gutters and 2" asphaltic plant-mia paving be required <br /> and sufficient draina�e facilities at both Heller and 1Vliddlefield Road be constructed to <br /> properly carry storm waters across these .intersections. Any curbs which are damaged or at <br /> � <br /> an unsatisfactory �rade for drainage would have to be included with the constructions of <br /> the gutters. He recommends that no sidewalks be included in this pro�ect but that any "� <br /> damaged sidewalks be _handled under the provisions of the Ordinance 639.
