City Manager Rolison atates that in the event the � Council approves this expenditure he would recommend that a Resolution be adopted appropriating the necessary � amount from Unallocated Funds in the Capital Budget, since the fencing in Hawes and Com- munity Park wa's paid from th is source. After discussion as to the proper source of funds, Councilraan Royer moved that the �715.00 be transferred from Unbudgeted Reserve, and the � �275.00 originally alloted for the construction of a foot bridge which is no longer needed �' be used toward the balance of the cost of the fence. Motion seconded by Councilman Stout and carried.
