<br /> EAGLE H ILL ALLEY PROPOSED IMPROVEMENI'S. ADOPTION OF RES�LUTION. Affidavit of posting an d
<br /> publication ordered filed. Mayor Granger announced public hearing on proposed improve-
<br /> ments Eagle Hill Addition Alley. There being no protests, written or oral, Councilman
<br /> Spillers mo�=ed close of hearing, seconded by Councilwoman Tinney and carried.

<br /> moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried on roll call.
<br /> RESLiLT OF CITY EMPLQYEE ELECTION QN PROPOSED AN!ENDNIENT TO RETIREMENT PLAN. Orrin E. Viendling �
<br /> reported to the Council the following results of the employees election No. 1-Fire and
<br /> Police, Yes 67, ?�To. 1. No. 2 - nlfiscellaneous Employees, Yes 135, No. 3. The result
<br /> o�' the balloting indicates the employees acceptance of the amendment by a majority of
<br /> 98f. Councilman Spillers moved that the results become a part of the record, seconded
<br /> by Councilman Jones and carried. Councilwoman Tinney brought up the matter of possible
