LEONARD GREEI�IWOLD PRESENTED a proposed plan of "commuter parking" to the Council. His plan was to acquire property in t he south end of the City, the Railroad to establish another stop in the immediate vicinity of' the proposed parking lot. Mr. Greenwold+ s `� ro osal had been discussed p p previously by the Planning Commission who requested the same '�" be off'ered to the City Council f'or study. Councilman Britschgi moved that the committee, consisting of two members of the Council, one rep.resentative of the Commuters Club and P.�r. Greenwold, discuss this matter and attempt to get the feeling of the Southern Pacific Company in regards to this plan, seconded by Couneilman Herkner and carried.
