City Engineer Jain stated that the new standards <br /> had been installed in accordance with good lig�ting practice. <br /> COUNCILW011�AN TINNEY REQIIESTED PRESENT 3TATIIS OF THE PROPOSED RELOCATION OF THE YACHT HARBOR. <br /> Citg Engineer Jain stated he had for�+arded the description to the Leslie Salt Company <br /> whieh had not been returned to date. City Engineer Jain has not been able to locate the <br /> contractor in order to get the signature on the agreement. <br /> COUNCILNlAN SPILLERS IPTQUIRED INTO THE PRESENT STATUS OF SIGNAL LIGHTS AT ROOSE�ELT AVENUE <br /> AND EL CAMINO REAL. He was advised that the State had completed the plans and had ad- <br /> vertised for bids which were supposed to have been opened the latter part of December. <br /> MAYOR GRANGER �11AS ADVISED BY CITY COLLECTOR PERRIN THAT THE JEWELRY STORE ON EL CAMINO REAL <br /> had deposited �100 cash bond. <br /> MAYOR GRANGER REQUESTED INF�RMATION ON THE BUILDIATG OF FENCES ALOIdG THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC <br /> RIGHT-of-WAY in Palo Alto and was advieed that the Southern Pacific a.nd the City of <br /> � <br /> Palo Alto shared equally in the cost. Cit� Engineer Jain was adnised th at the program <br /> took considerable time before completion. �� <br /> MAYOR GRANGER AGAIN BROIIGHT UP THE MATTER OF PROPOSED SERVICE PIN AY4IARDS to employees of <br /> long standing.
