"The provisions of this section shall not be construed <br /> to permit construction of a garage within a public right <br /> of way or any established plan line area. <br /> "Section •32.13 Accessory Buildings. Accessory <br /> buildings shall conform to the follo�ving requirements: <br /> " (a) Accessory buildings in any R District shall not <br /> be located within ten feet of any main building <br /> on the same parcel. <br /> " (b) Any structure which would otherwise be an <br /> accessory building, shall be deemed to be a part <br /> of a main building if it shares a common wall <br /> at any point with the main bu ilding and shall <br /> comply in all respects with the rsquirements of <br /> this ordinance applicable to a main building." <br /> SECTION 28.
