Photographic documentation will be recorded by Consultant of important aspects of the <br />work as it progresses. <br />Consultant shall monitor the installation and maintenance of the construction Best <br />Management Practices by Contractor. <br />A daily inspection report shall be prepared by Consultant that will summarize the work <br />performed, issues that need to be addressed, itemized summary of the contractor's <br />labor force and equipment in use and idled. Also included will be summaries of <br />important discussions with local residents and business owners, and the weather <br />conditions for that day. <br />Consultant shall confirm that the materials and equipment being installed is in <br />accordance with the plans, specifications, and approved shop drawing/product data <br />submittals. Any portions of the work not conforming to project specification shall be <br />noted and discussed with the contractor by Consultant. Daily reports from the materials <br />testing field technician will be obtained at the end of each day and will accompany <br />Consultant's daily inspection report.
