Opening hours of 6:00 a.m. and closing hours of 11 :00 p.m. shall be implemented <br /> at the Woodside Gas Mart. Fuel deliveries are to occur during off-peak hours, <br /> effective immediately. <br /> 2. The fuel pump island along Horgan Avenue shall be removed within 30 days from <br /> the date of this hearing. The owner/operator shall apply for a new Use Pennit if a <br /> new vehicular access from Horgan Ranch is proposed. <br /> 3. All salvage material and equipment stored outdoors shall be removed within 30 <br /> days. The applicant shall submit plans for review/approval by the Zoning <br /> Administrator for all new enclosures/appurtenant structures (including trash.) <br /> 4. The applicant shall install a new seven foot high fence (subject to a building <br /> pennit and approval of adjoining property owners, if located on property line) of <br /> solid sound attenuating materials along the interior property lines of the property <br /> with the exception of the first 20 feet from the street right of way line, where three <br /> feet is the allowed maximum (in compliance with Section 35.7a), within 90 days <br /> from the date of this hearing. <br /> 5. The applicant shall submit a lighting plan to the Planning Division for review and <br /> approval by the City within 30 days from the date of this hearing. (The <br /> owners/operators will submit a plan for City approval.) <br /> 6. The owner shall submit plans and obtain architectural pennit approvals for a <br /> landscape/irrigation plan in compliance with Section 35.6 b) d», including the <br /> incorporation of five 24-inch box trees along the eastern property line, to the <br /> satisfaction of the City, within 30 days from the date of this hearing. <br /> 7.
