The applicant shall submit a lighting plan to the Planning Division for review and approval by the City within 30 days from the date of this hearing. (The owners/operators will submit a plan for City approval.) 6. The owner shall submit plans and obtain architectural pennit approvals for a landscape/irrigation plan in compliance with Section 35.6 b) d», including the incorporation of five 24-inch box trees along the eastern property line, to the satisfaction of the City, within 30 days from the date of this hearing. 7.
