3.3.3 Temporary grading, stage construction and equipment staging area plans will be prepared as necessary after further coordination with the City to determine requirements for keeping the access road open during construction. 3.4 75% Structure Design 3.4.1 Provide wall layout, wall structural design, select wall type, and provide recommendation for suitable materials and graffiti prevention, and coordinate design with various City Departments. Wall plans shall include general and construction notes, plan and profile drawings, structural details, material requirements, finishes. The design calculations and analysis will include all final engineering, technical data, catalogue cut sheets, and maintenance considerations. The design drawings will include: a. Beginning and end of wall stations b. Elevation on top of wall at beginning and end of wall station, as well as all break points c. Ground line profile in front and behind the retaining wall d. Cross sections of the retaining wall e. Recommendations for three suitable wall materials 3.5 Draft Specifications 3.6 75% Cost Estimate Deliverab/es: � Six sets of the 75% design submittal shall be presented to the City for review • 75% level project plans • Draft contract specifications • 75% level construction cost estimate • Four (4) copies of the geotechnical report. TASK 4— FINAL DESIGN (100% DESIGN 8� BID PACKAGE SUBMITTAL� 4.1 Review and respond to 75% Design Submittal review comments. 4.2 Prepare 100°lo Design Submittal based on the 75% design submittal review. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City for review and comments. A signed 100% submittal set shall be submitted once all final comments are completed. 4.3 Prepare Final Specifications Consultant will prepare the final construction specifications based on the City comments on the draft specifications review.
