3.3.3 Temporary grading, stage construction and equipment staging area plans will <br /> be prepared as necessary after further coordination with the City to <br /> determine requirements for keeping the access road open during <br /> construction. <br /> 3.4 75% Structure Design <br /> 3.4.1 Provide wall layout, wall structural design, select wall type, and provide <br /> recommendation for suitable materials and graffiti prevention, and coordinate <br /> design with various City Departments. Wall plans shall include general and <br /> construction notes, plan and profile drawings, structural details, material <br /> requirements, finishes. The design calculations and analysis will include all <br /> final engineering, technical data, catalogue cut sheets, and maintenance <br /> considerations. The design drawings will include: <br /> a. Beginning and end of wall stations <br /> b. Elevation on top of wall at beginning and end of wall station, as well as all <br /> break points <br /> c. Ground line profile in front and behind the retaining wall <br /> d. Cross sections of the retaining wall <br /> e. Recommendations for three suitable wall materials <br /> 3.5 Draft Specifications <br /> 3.6 75% Cost Estimate <br /> Deliverab/es: <br /> � Six sets of the 75% design submittal shall be presented to the City for <br /> review <br /> • 75% level project plans <br /> • Draft contract specifications <br /> • 75% level construction cost estimate <br /> • Four (4) copies of the geotechnical report. <br /> TASK 4— FINAL DESIGN (100% DESIGN 8� BID PACKAGE SUBMITTAL� <br /> 4.1 Review and respond to 75% Design Submittal review comments. <br /> 4.2 Prepare 100°lo Design Submittal based on the 75% design submittal review. <br /> The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City <br /> for review and comments. A signed 100% submittal set shall be submitted once all <br /> final comments are completed. <br /> 4.3 Prepare Final Specifications <br /> Consultant will prepare the final construction specifications based on the City <br /> comments on the draft specifications review.
