4.4 Prepare Final Construction Cost Estimate <br /> Consultant will prepare a final construction cost estimate based on the 100% <br /> complete plans. <br /> 4.5 Prepare Construction Bid Package <br /> After City review and comment on the 100% submittal, Consultant will incorporate <br /> all comments and produce a final set of construction contract documents ready for <br /> the City to put out to bid. <br /> Deliverabtes: <br /> � One full-size set of 100% plans, specifications and estimate (PS&E) <br /> • One set of final contract documents, including stamped and signed plans <br /> (full size) <br /> • Final drawings in AutoCAD and PDF format, specifications in Word and <br /> cost estimate and probable construction schedule in Excel <br /> TASK 5— BID SUPP4RT AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br /> 5.1 Consultant will provide bid period support by attending the pre-bid conference and <br /> responding to questions during the bid period. It is assumed the City will administer <br /> the bid process and be the central point of contact for contractors with bid <br /> questions. Consultant will assist in issuing a minor addenda if required. <br /> 5.2 Attend and conduct pre-bid meeting, respond to questions from prospective <br /> bidders, assist in issuing addenda (as directed by the City), and provide written <br /> recommendations to the City and provide the following hours for construction <br /> support: <br /> a. Review shop drawings submittals: (12 hours) <br /> b. Change order requests: (3 hours) <br /> c. Requests for information: (5 hours) <br /> 5.3 Participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of deficiencies <br /> 5.4 Prepare "As-Built" drawings based on construction field notes and limited field <br /> review by the Consultant <br /> Deliverab/es: <br /> • Responses to bid period questions <br /> • Comments on contractor submittals <br /> • Responses to contractor RFIs <br /> • Attend one pre-bid meeting and up to three site visits during construction <br /> • Qne full-size set of as-built plans on 4-mil polyester media <br /> • All final documents in AutoCAD, Word and Excel <br /> REV:02-21-14 VR <br /> Page 13 of 17 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2014.019lMark Thomas&Company, Inc. <br />
