The Owner shall submit a lighting plan to the Zoning <br /> Administrator for review which shall address the off-site glare <br /> of current lighting. The lighting facilities described by said <br /> plan and to be installed shall conform to the requirements of <br /> Zon. Ord. Section 35.4.1 and the plans as approved by the <br /> Zoning Administrator; <br /> f. The Owner shall submit an application for an architectural <br /> permit and shall submit plans for landscaping and irrigation <br /> thereof. Said plans shall include provision for five (5) 25- <br /> inch box trees along the easterly property line and shall, in <br /> all respects conform to the requirements of Zon. Ord. <br /> Section 35.6. Said plans and application shall be submitted <br /> to the Zoning Administrator within thirty (30) days of the date <br /> hereof, and landscaping and irrigation shall be planted and <br /> installed in conformance with the plans as approved by the <br /> Zoning Administrator; <br /> g. All signs, including window signs, shall conform to the <br /> requirements of Zon. Ord. Section 35.5, effective upon the <br /> date hereof. <br /> 4.
