The <br /> proposed Amendment would correct that omission, as well as change the pole down <br /> date to August 1, 1997. In response to Council questions, Manager Patterson <br /> advised there would be no additional costs to the City for this action. <br /> 2) Open public hearing; <br /> Mayor Hartnett declared the public hearing open at 8:07 p.m. <br /> 3) Hear public comment; <br /> '-' <br /> Mayor Hartnett asked if anyone wished to address this issue.
