On October 14, 2Q09, the Regional V�later Qual�ty Contro� Board� San <br /> Franasca Bay Regian, �dopted Order R2-20Q9-0074� �m�ing the San AAateo <br /> Countywide NPDES Municipal StoRnwater Permit (Order 99-059, CAS�29921) (the <br /> "NPDES Pertnit"); ar� <br /> B. Provision C,3. of the NPDES Permit, as�t may be amentied or reissued from <br /> time to time, requires the permittee public agencies to provide m�nimum verification and <br /> access assurances that all treatment measures shall be �dequatety opetated and <br /> maintained by entities responsibls for the stormwater treatment measures; and <br /> C. The Property Owner is the owner of real property comma�ly known as One <br /> Marina, Redwood City, CA 94063 (the "Property'}, as mc�re particu�rly described in <br /> Exhibit"A", attached hereto and �ncorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> D. Attached hereto as Exhibit "B"� and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> is a legible reduced-scale copy of the Site Plan or comparable document showing the <br /> stormwater treatment measures that are to be Iocated or to be co�structed on the <br /> Property, hereinafter referred to as the `Site Plan"; and <br /> E.
