Adequate maintenance Is herein <br /> defined as maintaining the described facilities �n good working candi#ion �o that these <br /> facilities continue to operate as originaFly des�ned and approved. The maintenanee <br /> plan shall include a detailed description of and schedule for long-term maintenance <br /> activities. <br /> 4. Sediment Manaqement. Sediment ac�cumulation resutting frorn the normal <br /> operation of the stormwater treatment measure(s) will be managed appropria#ely by the <br /> Property Owner. The Property Ovmer rn�ll provide for the remo�ral and disposal of <br /> accumulated sediments. Disposal of accumulated sediments shaq not oocur on the <br /> Property. Any disposal or removal aF accurrwlated sedimen� or debris shaG k� in <br /> compliance with all federal, state and bcal law and regulafions. <br /> 5. Annual Inspection and ReDOrt. The Property Owner shail, on an annual basis, <br /> complete the Treatment Measure Operation and Maintenance inspection Report. The <br /> Annual Report shatl include ali completed Inspection and Maintenar�ce Ct�eckt�ts#or#� <br /> reporting pe�iod and shall be submitted to the City in order to verlfy th�t �nspecti� and <br /> maintenance of the applicable stormwater treatment measure(s) have been c�onduded <br /> pursuant to this Agreement. The Annual Report shail be subm�ted no �ater than <br /> December 31 of each year, under penafty ofi perjury, to Office of the C�ty Eng�neer� 1017 <br /> Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063 or �nother member o� the Gty staff as <br /> directed by the City. The Property Chmer shall provide in the Annusl Report a recard of <br /> the volume of all accumulated sedimertt removed as a resu�t of the treatment <br /> measure(s).The Prc�perty Owner shall conduct a minimum af one(1)annual inspec�ori of <br /> the stormwater treatment measure(s) before the wet season. This inspeckion �hal� �r <br /> between August 1 st and October 1'� each year. More frequent inspections may b� <br /> required. The resu�ts o#inspections shail be recorded on the Annuai In�ion Report. <br /> 6. Neoessarv Chanqes and Modificat�►ns. At its sole expense, the Property Owner <br /> shall make changes or modifications to the stormwater treatment mea�x�e(s)and/or may <br /> be determined as reasonably necessary by the City to ensure that treatrr�ent measures <br /> are properly maintained and continue to operate as originaliy designed and appro�d. <br /> 7. �ss ko the Pronerty.
