These funds will be used to pay for the installation of new automatic door openers for each <br /> unit to improve safety and accessibility for 136 low income elderly and disabled households at this multifamily <br /> apartment building. $90,497—HOME, $214,303 CDBG Program Income (carryover funds from FY13-14) <br /> Energy Efficiency Program: El Concilio of San Mateo County, 1419 Burlingame Avenue, Suite N, Burlingame. These <br /> funds will be used to provide citywide energy efficiency improvements to single family units occupied by low <br /> income home owners to help preserve their existing affordable housing. It will also help reduce their utility <br /> expenses and increase energy conservation. $45,000—CDBG Program Income (carryover funds from FY13-14) <br /> City Center Multifamily Housing Rehabilitation& Preservation:950 Main Street, Redwood City.These funds will be <br /> used to pay for labor and materials to complete garage waterproofing, stucco repairs and exterior painting to <br /> preserve 81 existing units of affordable rental housing for low income families. $90,496—HOME, $350, 254 <br /> Program Income (carryover funds from FY13-14) <br /> Fair Housing Counseling: Project Sentinel, 626 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 6, Redwood City. This is a citywide program <br /> and funds will be used to provide fair housing assistance and tenant landlord services to Redwood City residents. <br /> $27,524—CDBG <br /> Housing Accessibility Modification Program: Center for the Independence of Individuals with Disabilities, 1515 <br /> South El Camino Real, San Mateo.These funds will be used to provide citywide accessibility improvements to units <br /> occupied by home owners and renters who are physically challenged, elderly and fragile, or non-elderly and have <br /> other disabilities. $18,500—CDBG Program Income (carryover funds from FY13-14) <br /> Home Improvement Lo ram•City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds are used to provide <br /> housing rehabilitation loans for low income single family owner occupied property. The program is offered <br /> citywide, and targeted to Census Tracts#6101, 6102, 6104, 6107, 6108, 6109 and 6113. $150,000-CDBG Program <br /> Income <br /> Multifa Loan Program: City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds are used to leverage CDBG <br /> funds for rehabilitation loans on rental property occupied by low income tenants.The program is offered citywide, <br /> and targeted to Census Tracts#6101, 6102, 6104, 6107, 6108 and 6109 where more than 50%of households earn <br /> less than 80%of area median income. $75,000-CDBG Program Income (carryover funds from FY13-14) <br /> Housing Rehabilitation Program Support: City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road.These funds will be used to <br /> pay program support costs for the operation of the housing rehabilitation loan programs. Eligible costs are limited <br /> to program support costs directly related to carrying out the loan programs. $150,000-CDBG Program Income <br /> National Rebuilding Day — Housing Rehabilitation & Preservation: Rebuilding Together Peninsula, 841 Kaynyne <br /> Street, Redwood City. These funds will be used to pay for materials toward rebuilding of homes by volunteers on <br /> National Rebuild Day for very low income homeowners citywide. $20,000 — CDBG Program Income (carryover <br /> funds from FY13-14) <br /> Safe at Home - Minor Home Repair Program: Rebuilding Together Peninsula, 841 Kaynyne Street, Redwood City. <br /> These funds will be used to pay for materials to provide minor home repairs provided by volunteers for very low <br /> income homeowners citywide. $16,500—CDBG Program Income (carryover funds from FY13-14) <br />
