9.A. - Page 40
City of Redwood City,Jessica Manzi
March 11, 2014
Page 5
Main Site (Large parcel adjacent to rail ROW):
The Main Site assumed three levels of parking, including the roof, with the ground floor providing
vehicle entrance/egress and bus depot activity only. Assuming 160 spaces per level, a total of 480
spaces would fit in this facility, including floors, ramps and roof, for a total of 409 net new spaces.
Annex Site(small trapezoid shape on California- connected at all levels to Main JPB Garage):
The Annex Site assumed three levels of parking, including the roof, with the ground floor providing
vehicle entrance/egress and bus depot activity only. Assuming 45 spaces per level,a total of 135
net new spaces would fit in this facility including floors, ramps and roof.
The combined total parking supply at the JPB site from the two facilities would have 615 total
spaces, 544 of which would be net new spaces; this does not include the 10 spaces assumed to be
preserved adjacent to the wetland and site access easement Garage assumptions, details, and rough
construction costs are included in the Appendix.
