7.1.A. - Page 22 <br /> Consultant shall identify all utilities that could potentially conflict with the project and <br /> determine special requirements for facilities including protection, relocation, right-of- <br /> way, easements, and construction. Each utility company shall receive a preliminary set <br /> of plans that provide the location and utility and improvement elevations indicated by a <br /> clouded area. <br /> Consultant shall perform a topographic and boundary survey of the subject areas in <br /> sufficient detail as to allow for the preparation of the ADA ramp upgrades. The limits of <br /> the survey shall be extended a sufficient distance to allow for the design of appropriate <br /> transitions at the termination points of the project improvements. <br /> The design plans scope and deliverables shall be as listed in Tasks 3 and 4. <br /> Task 9.3 Civil Bid and Construction Support Services <br /> Consultant shall provide the following assistance during bidding of the project: <br /> Attend a pre-bid meeting with the City, if needed <br /> t> Review and respond to inquiries by Contractors during bidding via email to the City <br /> Prepare addenda to the plans and specs prepared by Consultant in electronic copy .pdf f <br /> ormat <br /> Consultant shall provide the following assistance during construction of the project: <br /> Assist contractor with plan interpretation during construction. <br /> Prepare minor addenda to clarify plan intent. <br /> Review site development submittals and shop drawings related to the design scope of <br /> work. <br /> Deliverables:Addenda in.pdf format; <br /> Comments on submittals; <br /> REV:04-11-14 VR <br /> Page 19 of 20 <br /> ATTYIAG R.2014.053/TJ K M_175742 <br />
