ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Paul Sanfilipo, fonner Redwood City Councilman, 138 Woodsworth, Redwood City, <br /> congratulated the Optimists on their successful Children's Christmas Parade on Sunday, <br /> December 8, 1996; suggested using the archway signs for advertising community events, <br /> as the current banners on Broadway block the view of the arches; suggested that the <br /> Council ask CalTrans and CaiTrain to use funds from the Whipple Grade Separation fund <br /> to lower the cost of crossing guards on Broadway; and, asked if the Gunfire Locator <br /> System report had been completed.
