Once we have received the final approval from Caltrans pertaining to the plans within <br /> their right-of-way, Consultant shall prepare final construction drawings, contract <br /> specifications, and a final construction cost estimate (Excel format). These documents <br /> shall be construction ready. Consultant shall submit final plans and specifications, and a <br /> disk with the electronic files, to the City for final review. Consultant shall revise the plans <br /> based on one set of non-conflicting consolidated comments from the City. <br /> Final plans shall be provided in electronic file in AutoCAD format and in PDF format. <br /> Hardcopies shall be in 24"x36" size. <br /> The Consultant shall provide one set of reproducible drawings, signed and sealed, by <br /> discipline, by the registered civil engineer, in accordance with California State Law. <br /> ❖ Deliverables: One sei of 24"x 36"original reproducible drawings, signed and <br /> sea/ed by <br /> discipline, by the registered civil engineer; <br /> Project spec/flcations; <br /> Construction cost estimate;and <br /> Electronic version of the plans, specifications, and estimate(PDF <br /> and source format). <br /> REV:04-11-14 VR <br /> Page 14 of 20 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2014.053/TJKM_175742 <br />
