Introduction by Mayor, 9:00 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. <br /> Mayor Hartnett described last year's Council workshop and the consensus goals for <br /> Redwood City that were established at that time and guided Council and staff in their <br /> decisions throughout the year. Mayor Hartnett reviewed and reaffmned the broader goals <br /> for 1995 and expressed support for identifYing specific projects for 1996. He added that <br /> there would be several "Public Comment" opportunities throughout the workshop. <br /> C.
