PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> None. <br /> 4. SUBJECTS <br /> A. Reviewed flip charts, 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. <br /> B. Introduction by Mayor, 9:00 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. <br /> Mayor Hartnett described last year's Council workshop and the consensus goals for <br /> Redwood City that were established at that time and guided Council and staff in their <br /> decisions throughout the year. Mayor Hartnett reviewed and reaffmned the broader goals <br /> for 1995 and expressed support for identifYing specific projects for 1996. He added that <br /> there would be several "Public Comment" opportunities throughout the workshop. <br /> C. Review the process, ground rules, and feedback by facilitator George Barbour. <br /> Facilitator Barbour described how the workshop would reflect the Council's proposals <br /> and goals, and helped Council set time limits on the proposed subjects. <br /> MINUTE BOOK NO. 54 <br /> Page No. 010 <br />
