Once those studies <br /> are complete, the consultants will work with staff to prepare and review responses to <br /> Requests for Proposals for design services. Finally, this scope of work extends through <br /> design and the bid process. A subsequent amendment will be processed for project <br /> management assistance through the construction and project close out phases. <br /> The amount of the agreement was negotiated based on field visits by the consultant <br /> team and city staff to determine a clear scope of services and likely timeframes <br /> necessary to move the project forward to construction.
