EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE CONSULTANT ("CM" or "ConsuitanY) shai( perform professional construction management services as detailed in the following sections related to various construction projects in Redwood City(CIIY). A. General Perfo�rnance Requirements: 1. The performance of ail services by CONSULTANT shaN be to the satisfaction of the CITY, in accordance with the express terrns hereof, inctucling but not iimited ta the terms set out in detail in this scope of services and the standarci of care provisians cantained in this AGREEMENT. 2. CONSULTANT shali be responsfbie for coordinating the work of ali consultants and contractors, as needed or as directed by the CITY. CONSULTANT shall schedule meeti�gs and prepare rneeting agendas and minutes for all PROJECT mesting.s during the execution of this agreement under the scope of work. All minutes of ineetings are due to the CITY within five (5) working days after the meeting. CONSULTANT shall provide copies of such dacumentation to the CITY, and as directed by the CtTY, to other appropriate agencies and entities. 3. CONSULTANT shall designate and provide to the CITY the names of their team members for the PROJECT. The team members shall be satisfactory to the CITY. CONSUL.TANT shall not substitute any team members without the priar approval af the CITY. CITY retains the right to reject team members assigned by CONSULTANT or requi►�e reptacement of team members. 4. CONSULTANT shall manage its SUBCONSULTANTS, and administer the PROJECT. CONSULTANT shall consult with the CITY, research applicable information, and communicate with members of the PROJECT team. 5. CONSULTANT shall meet weekly with CITY's assigned project manager for the respective canstruction p�ojects ta provide an update on the cu�ent status of the construction project. CM will provide the CITY's assigned project manager with a summary report. B. CONSULTANT shall effectively manage the assigned constnaction projects for the efficient, pragressive, and proactive delivery of each co�struction project. For each assigned canstn�ction project, the CONSULTANT may pravide any or all of the foltowing tasks and subtasks under Section 2, as each specific proje�t requires. C. Specific Perfonnance Requirements: Task 4a—Bid Phase•warlc shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Conduct a pre-bid Conference with prospective Bidders. 2. Assist with the issuing of Addendums. 3. Assist in the devefoprnent of bidders' interest in a project. 4.
