CM's services shall include but are not <br /> limited to the following: <br /> a. Provide preliminary review for completeness and general <br /> compliance of submittals that are to be reviewed by the design oonsultant. <br /> Provide review and response for subrnittals that do not involve the design <br /> consui4ant (such as Safety Plan, Fire Protection Plan}. Sign and date such <br /> submittals with response: Reviewed, Received ar Revise and Resubmit. <br /> d. Develop and implement a procedure for the submittal and processing of <br /> substitution requests w'rth the ClTY and the design consultant. Devefop and implement a procedure for timely handling and disposition of the <br /> Contractor's request for informatian (RFI) or cla�cations with the design <br /> consultant. Establish and implement procedures for the timely transmittal and receipt of <br /> communicatians, drawing and othe� infomnation between CM, design <br /> consultant and the Contractor relating to construdion of the project. <br /> g. Develop and implement a procedure for the timely submittal, processing and <br /> tradcing of Contract Ghange O�ders (CCO), Request for Price Quote (RPQ), <br /> etc. with the CITY. This shall include preparing and updating logs. <br /> h. Coordinate and maintain a project directory for the project, with emergency <br /> contad info�rnation. <br /> i. Review the Contractor's carnprehensive schedule that establishes a base line <br /> and reports the status and progress of the project. The schedute st�uld <br /> include details such as milestones and key activities to track project progress. <br /> Review the Contra�tor's three week look-ahead schedule.
