Assfst in review and processing of subst�ution submittals during bid and construction <br /> phase. <br /> Task 4b—Construction Phase—work shall inciude but is not limited to the following: <br /> 1. Administration and Coordination of Canstn�ction Cantract: CM wiii provide <br /> adrninistrative, canstnaGtion management and related services necessary to administer <br /> the Construction Contract on the projed. CM's services shall include but are not <br /> limited to the following: <br /> a. Scheduling, coordinating and cor�iucting pre-construction and construdion <br /> meetings; recording, maintaining and distributing minutes thereof. <br /> b. Prio�to start of project construction the CM and CITY will came to agreement <br /> on the format for all project records to be kept and tumed over ta the CITY at <br /> the completian of the project. Documents may be hard copies and/or <br /> electronic. GM will make recommendations on prog�ams to be used far <br /> tracking and other record keeping needs. <br /> c. Develap and implement a procedure for the submittal and processing af <br /> submittals with the design consultarrt. This shall include preparing and <br /> updating logs. Provide preliminary review for completeness and general <br /> compliance of submittals that are to be reviewed by the design oonsultant. <br /> Provide review and response for subrnittals that do not involve the design <br /> consui4ant (such as Safety Plan, Fire Protection Plan}. Sign and date such <br /> submittals with response: Reviewed, Received ar Revise and Resubmit. <br /> d. Develop and implement a procedure for the submittal and processing of <br /> substitution requests w'rth the ClTY and the design consultant. This shall <br /> include preparing and updating logs. <br /> e. Devefop and implement a procedure for timely handling and disposition of the <br /> Contractor's request for informatian (RFI) or cla�cations with the design <br /> consultant. This shall indude preparing and updating logs. <br /> f. Establish and implement procedures for the timely transmittal and receipt of <br /> communicatians, drawing and othe� infomnation between CM, design <br /> consultant and the Contractor relating to construdion of the project. <br /> g. Develop and implement a procedure for the timely submittal, processing and <br /> tradcing of Contract Ghange O�ders (CCO), Request for Price Quote (RPQ), <br /> etc. with the CITY. This shall include preparing and updating logs. <br /> h. Coordinate and maintain a project directory for the project, with emergency <br /> contad info�rnation. <br /> i. Review the Contractor's carnprehensive schedule that establishes a base line <br /> and reports the status and progress of the project. The schedute st�uld <br /> include details such as milestones and key activities to track project progress. <br /> Review the Contra�tor's three week look-ahead schedule.
