ii) The areas to be carpeted will be detailed on the floor plans provided to Contractor. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to determine the specific amounts of the new carpet, cove base, glue, extra stock and all material to that need to be provided. g) Extra Stock i) Contractor will turn over to the City, extra stock equivalent to 5%of the total yardage of new carpet tile installed. The stock will be delivered to the Public Works corporation yard: 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063. h) Building use i) Telephones, computers and office equipment shall not be used at any time during the project. ii) Restrooms within the building can be used by Contractor while work is in progress. iii) No smoking is permitted inside the building.
