Information on what <br /> '--- Redwood Schools have to offer and registration materials will be available. Radio <br /> Station KlOl will provide entertainment, there will be hands on activities, and school <br /> personnel will be there to answer questions. <br /> Vice Mayor Howard commended the Peninsula Rotary Club for making "Day 2" of <br /> "Make a Difference Day" at Hoover School. Nine members met last Saturday to do <br /> repairs on the stage area, the one area not included in the original clean-up day. Pete <br /> and Ginny Hughes organized the project and donated the paint. The Rotary Club plans <br /> to go back to complete the project and is asking for volunteers. <br /> Vice Mayor Howard announced that the Sequoia Awards annual dinner will be held on <br /> February 20,1996 at the Sofitel Hotel. <br /> Vice Mayor Howard announced that the American Legion and the Redwood City <br /> Almanac were having their annual Citizen of the Year awards dinner on February 24, <br /> 1996 at the American Legion Hall. <br /> 2) Councilman Claire announced that he would be attending the global business and <br /> economic development seminar sponsored by the Commission on Healthy Cities, <br /> March 7 through March 10.
