ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. Robert Clinton, 1064-1 Oth Avenue, speaking for a group of local homeowners, advised Council that a petition was submitted to Council last October describing unacceptable conditions and behavior at 1057-lOth Avenue, a rental property. Mr. Clinton stated the property was up for sale, but there were 10-14 people residing in this one-family home with 11 cars, the property was in such poor condition that it was adversely affecting the neighborhood, and asked Council to do something about this public nuisance. B. Karl Schroeder, 1053-lOth Avenue, described specific problems that had occurred at 1O57-l0th Avenue, stated there were too many people in one dwelling, and asked Council for assistance to remedy this situation. Mayor Hartnett acknowledged receipt of the petition and the response of the City's code enforcement officer, and advised that the Building Department would take another look at the situation. Mayor Hartnett suggested this situation would benefit ITom the services of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center, and asked staff to facilitate this matter.
