ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Robert Clinton, 1064-1 Oth Avenue, speaking for a group of local homeowners, advised <br /> Council that a petition was submitted to Council last October describing unacceptable <br /> conditions and behavior at 1057-lOth Avenue, a rental property. Mr. Clinton stated the <br /> property was up for sale, but there were 10-14 people residing in this one-family home <br /> with 11 cars, the property was in such poor condition that it was adversely affecting the <br /> neighborhood, and asked Council to do something about this public nuisance. <br /> B. Karl Schroeder, 1053-lOth Avenue, described specific problems that had occurred at <br /> 1O57-l0th Avenue, stated there were too many people in one dwelling, and asked Council <br /> for assistance to remedy this situation. <br /> Mayor Hartnett acknowledged receipt of the petition and the response of the City's code <br /> enforcement officer, and advised that the Building Department would take another look at <br /> the situation.
