PERMIT <br /> This Permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions <br /> 1. Scope of Revocable Permit. City grants a non-exclusive Permit to Permittee for <br /> the purpose of installing, operating and maintaining the Signs within the Permit Area identified in <br /> Exhibit"A", subject to the terms and conditions herein stated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this <br /> permit does not constitute a deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance, or transfer of any <br /> property interest, and is revocable without cause at any time by the City Manager of the City of <br /> Redwood City, effective upon giving not less than ninety (90) days' prior written notice of such <br /> revocation addressed to Permittee at the address set forth herein, and mailed or delivered to <br /> Permittee at said address. <br /> 2. Sian Components: Installation; Maintenance/Replacement; No <br /> Expansion/Chanqe. <br /> (a) The Signs and associated components shall be installed within the Permit <br /> Area, <br /> (b) The Signs shall not be expanded in size or configuration, and shall not be <br /> relocated, altered or converted into any other type of sign. <br /> (c) Permittee shall abide by City policies and any special terms or conditions <br /> which are stated herein and shall abide by any new or different conditions which may be <br /> imposed on permittees who are similarly situated. Permittee shall obtain a Construction <br /> permit, or its equivalent, and abide by the City Engineering Standards each time work <br /> needs to be done to any of the Signs. A traffic and pedestrian detour plan shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval during each and every Construction permit review <br /> process. <br /> (d) Permittee agrees to maintain the Signs and the Permit Area in a clean and <br /> good working order; clean, clear, and free from defects or debris at Permittee's sole cost <br /> and expense. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014.078/REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT KAISER <br /> REV:05-28-14 VR <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
