be endorsed to name the City, its officers, agents, employees and <br /> volunteers as additional insureds and to state that the insurance will be <br /> primary and not contribute with any insurance or self-insurance maintained <br /> by the City. <br /> (ii) Business Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than <br /> $1,000,000 per accident for owned, hired and non-owned automobiles. <br /> (iii) Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by the California <br /> Labor Code. Such insurance shall be endorsed to state that the insurer <br /> waives any right of subrogation against the City, its officers, agents, <br /> employees and volunteers. <br /> (iv) Employer's Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 per <br /> accident for bodily injury or disease. <br /> (b) Notice of Cancellation. Permittee will immediately notify the City in writing <br /> upon receipt of notice of cancellation or non-renewal of any insurance policies required <br /> under this Permit: <br /> (c) Providing Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Prior to City's <br /> execution of this Permit, Permittee will furnish certificates of insurance and required <br /> endorsements to City. <br /> (d) Failure to Maintain Coverage. If Permittee fails to maintain any of these <br /> insurance coverages, then City will have the option to declare Permittee in breach. <br /> (e) Submission of Insurance Policies. City reserves the right to require, at any <br /> time, complete and certified copies of any or all required insurance policies and <br /> endorsements. <br /> 7. Abandonment.
