revoked, then all rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate. Permittee <br /> agrees to be solely responsible for all the costs associated with the safe abandonment of the <br /> signs and replace the signs as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 8. Removal. At the request of the City, Permittee shall remove the directional signage <br /> at Permittee's expense, if the signage interFeres with any City facilities the City may install in the <br /> future. In such event, Permittee shall remove the signage within sixty (60) days of a notice from <br /> the City to Permittee. Permittee shall also restore the Permit Area to its original condition. <br /> 9. Relocation. At the request of the City, Permittee shall realign or relocate the Signs <br /> and associated components at Permittee's expense. In such event, Permittee shall relocate the <br /> Signs and associated components within forty-five(45)days of a notice from the City to Permittee. <br /> Permittee shall also restore the Permit Area to its original condition after the relocation or <br /> realignment of the Signs. <br /> 10. Notice. If any notice given pursuant to this Permit is not personally delivered to <br /> Permittee, said notice shall be deemed to be delivered five (5) days after deposit of said notice in <br /> a sealed envelope, postage fully prepaid, in a mailing facility regularly maintained by the U.S.P.S., <br /> addressed to Permittee as follows: <br /> Permittee: <br /> Ms. Kathy J.
