consent of the City, and any attempt to do so without City's written consent may result in a <br /> revocation of the Permit at the will of the City. <br /> 12. Compliance with Laws. Permittee shall comply with all laws concerning use and <br /> occupancy of the Property including without limitation the obligation at Permittee's cost to maintain <br /> or restore the Property or improvements in compliance with, and conformance to, any and all laws <br /> relating the occupancy and use of the Property. <br /> 13. Damaae to Propertv. If, at any time, any of Permittee's activities conducted <br /> pursuant to this Permit causes any damage to any portion of the Property, Permittee will promptly <br /> repair such damage to City's satisfaction. <br /> 14. Revocation of Permit. Permittee understands and agrees that this Permit may be <br /> revoked at any time for any reason, or for no reason. The determination of Permit revocation shall <br /> be within the sole discretion of City, subject to the notice provision in Section 10. <br /> 15. Complete AareemenUAmendment. This Permit contains the entire agreement <br /> between the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein, and supersedes all prior or <br /> contemporaneous agreements (whether oral or written) between the parties with respect to the <br /> matters set forth herein. This Permit may be amended only by a written instrument executed by <br /> the parties. <br /> 16. Venue. Permittee agrees and hereby stipulates that the Property venue and <br /> jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes between the parties arising out of this Permit is San <br /> Mateo County, California. <br /> 17. Authoritv. The individuals executing the permit on behalf of Permittee represent <br /> and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Permittee to the <br /> terms and conditions of this Permit. <br /> 13. Effectiveness. This permit shall not be effective until fully executed.
