consent of the City, and any attempt to do so without City's written consent may result in a revocation of the Permit at the will of the City. 12. Compliance with Laws. Permittee shall comply with all laws concerning use and occupancy of the Property including without limitation the obligation at Permittee's cost to maintain or restore the Property or improvements in compliance with, and conformance to, any and all laws relating the occupancy and use of the Property. 13. Damaae to Propertv. If, at any time, any of Permittee's activities conducted pursuant to this Permit causes any damage to any portion of the Property, Permittee will promptly repair such damage to City's satisfaction. 14. Revocation of Permit. Permittee understands and agrees that this Permit may be revoked at any time for any reason, or for no reason. The determination of Permit revocation shall be within the sole discretion of City, subject to the notice provision in Section 10. 15. Complete AareemenUAmendment. This Permit contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements (whether oral or written) between the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein. This Permit may be amended only by a written instrument executed by the parties. 16. Venue. Permittee agrees and hereby stipulates that the Property venue and jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes between the parties arising out of this Permit is San Mateo County, California. 17. Authoritv. The individuals executing the permit on behalf of Permittee represent and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Permittee to the terms and conditions of this Permit. 13. Effectiveness. This permit shall not be effective until fully executed. It becomes effective on the date of the last signature ascribed hereto.
