The City Council also has the option to consider making <br /> appointments to some but not all expired seats and either reopening recruitment or <br /> leaving vacant some or all of these expiring seats as it deems appropriate. <br /> The applicants for City Council consideration are: <br /> Board of Building Review - Two seats expire on 5/31/2018 - Non- Chartered <br /> • Andrea Reichert <br /> • Victor Torreano <br /> • Mike Torres* <br /> Library Board - Three seats expire on 6/30/2018 and one seat expires on 6/30/2017 - <br /> Chartered <br /> • Diane Belknap* <br /> • Hinda Chalew <br /> • Karen Schwarz <br /> Planning Commission - Two seats expire on 6/30/2018 - Chartered <br /> • Giselle Marie Hale <br /> • Nancy Radcliffe* <br /> • Noah Standridge <br /> • Randy Tabing* <br /> Port Commission - Two seats expire on 7/31/2018 - Chartered <br /> • Richard A.
