7.1.C. - Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. I <br /> TO <br /> AMEND AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE OF FACILITIES <br /> (Redwood City School District and the City of Redwood City) <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> , 2014, amending the agreement dated November 14, 2012 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ("City"), and the Redwood City School District ("District") (collectively, the <br /> "Parties") for the joint use of both school and city facilities. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On November 14, 2012, the Parties executed the Joint Use of Facilities <br /> Agreement with Attachments A — F (designating six school sites as Site Specific <br /> Attachments to the Agreement, specifically Fair Oaks School, Garfield School, Hawes <br /> School, Hoover School, McKinley Institute of Technology, and Taft School); and <br /> B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amend the Agreement to add <br /> nine additional Redwood City school sites to be included as Site Specific Attachments <br /> to the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement. The nine additional school sites are: Kennedy <br /> Middle School, Roosevelt School, Roy Cloud School, Selby Lane School, Adelante <br /> School, Clifford School, Henry Ford School, John Gill School, and Orion Alternative <br /> School, which are identified as Attachments G - 0 to the Agreement and attached to <br /> this amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those six school sites identified as Attachments A — F and <br /> referenced as Site Specific Attachments to the Agreement, as may have been amended <br /> from time to time, the following nine additional school sites are added to the Agreement <br /> as Site Specific Attachments: Kennedy Middle School, Roosevelt School, Roy Cloud <br /> School, Selby Lane School, Adelante School, Clifford School, Henry Ford School, John <br /> Gill School, and Orion Alternative School. These nine additional schools are identified <br /> as Attachments G — 0 and attached to this amendment. <br /> 2.
