The proposed <br /> amendments shall include illustrations and other tools and contain clear and consistent <br /> methodology for measuring slope and determining visual, safety, and geotechnical <br /> impacts, all of which will assist staff and the public in understanding the new <br /> regulations. <br /> Task 4 Deliverables <br /> Draft Zoning Regulations <br /> Task 5 <br /> 5-A: Public Hearing Draft Hillside Regulations. Consultant shall prepare draft text <br /> and graphics of the Hillside Regulations in response to public input and comment. <br /> 5-B: Public Hearings. Consultant shall be available to present the draft regulations to <br /> the Planning Commission and City Council in coordination with City staff. <br /> 5-C: Final Hillside Regulations. In coordination with City staff and City Attorney, <br /> Consultant shall prepare the final draft of the Hillside Regulations. <br /> Additional Services <br /> Upon written request for additional services by City, Consultant shall provide a written <br /> proposal for such services.
