<br /> DES:yc:l/12/7$ <br /> <br /> ORIGlNAL <br /> JAN 2 3, 1978 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7989 <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERED 3932, 5035, <br /> AND 6286, RELATING TO RATES AND CHARGES FOR USE OF <br /> FACILITIES AND SERVICES OF THE REDWOOD CITY MARINE HARBOR <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1730, entitled "Ordinance <br /> Transferring and Conferring Control and Jurisdiction over a Portion <br /> of Lands Within Port Area of the City of Redwood City (Municipal <br /> Marina) , " adopted November 28, 1977, this Council did transfer control <br /> and jurisdiction of all lands, tidelands , submerged lands and <br /> appurtenances thereto, and all waterways adjacent to or in the <br /> vicinity of the lands described in said Ordinance, which lands <br /> comprised the Redwood City Marine Harbor (commonly known as the <br /> Redwood City Municipal Marina) , to the Board of Port Commissioners <br /> of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P- 834 , said Board of <br /> Port Commissioners has established rates and charges for the use <br /> of facilities and services of said Port of Redwood City Yacht Harbor; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolutions of this Council hereinafter specified <br /> established said rates and charges. until superseded by the afore- <br /> mentioned resolution of the Board of Port Commissioners; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. Resolutions numbered 3932, 5035, and 6286, entitled <br /> "Resolution Establishing Group Rates for the Use of Small Boat <br /> Hoist Facilities in the Marine Harbor, " "Resolution Establishing <br /> Rates and Charges for the Use of Facilities and Services of the <br /> Redwood City Marine Harbor; and, Repealing Resolution No. 4178, " <br /> and "Resolution Amending Resolution No. 3932 Establishing Group <br /> Rates for the Use of Small Boat Hoist Facilities in the Marine Harbor, " <br /> � 989 <br />
