For the purpose of this ordinance, <br /> the follow3.ng terms ahall be construed as herein set forth unless <br /> it is apparent from their context that they have a different <br /> ae aning: <br /> (a) Trailer: Any unit used, or designed to be used, for <br /> living or sleeping purposes or both, and �hich is equipped with <br /> wheels or similar devices used for the purpose of transpo=ting <br /> said unit from place to place whether by motive power or other <br /> me ans. <br /> (b) �railer Park: Any place, area, or tract of land of- <br /> fered to the public for the accommodation of any trailer, except <br /> recreational areas operated by public aqencies. <br /> SECTION 2. Use of Trailers. It shall be unlawful for any <br /> pe rson to occupy or use any trailer for living or sleepinq purposes <br /> unless such trailer is kept within a trailer park. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave staading <br /> any trailer within any public right of way for a period in ex- <br /> cess of forty-eight (48) hours. <br /> SECTION 3. Mainte�ance and Operatioa. It shall be nnlawfnl <br /> for any person to establish, mai.ntai.n, or operate or cause to be <br /> established, maintained or ope rated any trailer park i.n the City <br /> of Redwood C ity except in conform�ance with the provisions of <br /> th is ordinance. <br /> �: >f� SECTIObT 4.
